Delivery within Germany:
Shipping costs standard shipping: 4.90 € insured. Our shipping time is usually 3-5 working days, every order is processed as quickly as possible and handed over to the shipping service provider. DHL is usually very fast.
Standard shipping packages are delivered by our shipping partner DHL between Monday and Saturday.
With the track & trace code, which we send you by email with the shipping confirmation, you can view your package and its status at any time on the partner's homepage. What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your delivery address after shipping. If a change is made before the shipment is confirmed, please contact us separately and we will be happy to change it as long as it has not yet been sent to the shipping partner.
The same applies if you have placed your order and notice that there was an error in the information.
