Delivery within Germany:
Shipping costs standard shipping: 4.90 € insured. Our shipping time is usually 3-5 working days, every order is processed as quickly as possible and handed over to the shipping service provider. DHL is usually very fast.
Standard shipping packages are delivered by our shipping partner DHL between Monday and Saturday.
With the track & trace code, which we send you by email with the shipping confirmation, you can view your package and its status at any time on the partner's homepage. Unfortunately, we have no influence on delivery delays from our shipping service provider and thank you for your understanding should this occur. The delivery times shown here are not guaranteed delivery times and may therefore vary. What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your delivery address after shipping. If a change is made before the shipment is confirmed, please contact us separately and we will be happy to change it as long as it has not yet been sent to the shipping partner.
The same applies if you have placed your order and notice that there was an error in the information.

For shipments to a PickUp station, we also need your personal number for the Packstation. We will do our best to pass everything on to our shipping service provider in time to change your details, but we cannot guarantee this.

Some more useful tips: The decorative Smile candle is unique, handmade from ecological rapeseed wax. No harmful toxins are released during combustion, so it is completely safe for health and the environment.
Please remember to burn the Smiley candle on a flat, stable surface and to trim the wick before each burning.
When burning, the candle should not be placed in a place accessible to children or animals. Do not light it near flammable objects or leave it unattended.
It is quite natural that rapeseed wax can drip more than industrial wax - so please pay attention to the following:
- Place the candle on a fireproof surface
- Keep the distance between burning candles (min. 10cm)
- Do not let your candle burn for more than 1-2 hours at a time
- Do not place candles in a draft. Otherwise the candle will start to drip, form a trail and burn down on one side
- If necessary, shorten the wick to 1 cm. If the candle burns for a longer period, shorten the wick occasionally to prevent the wax from overflowing or the flame from being extinguished.
- If the wax does drip, it can easily be removed from most surfaces (including textile materials) and washed out
- After cooling, you can easily snap off the dripped wax with your fingers
