Delivery within Germany:
Shipping costs standard shipping: 4.90 € insured. Our shipping time is usually 3-5 working days, every order is processed as quickly as possible and handed over to the shipping service provider. DHL is usually very fast.
Standard shipping packages are delivered by our shipping partner DHL between Monday and Saturday.
With the track & trace code, which we send you by email with the shipping confirmation, you can view your package and its status at any time on the partner's homepage. Unfortunately, we have no influence on delivery delays from our shipping service provider and thank you for your understanding should this occur. The delivery times shown here are not guaranteed delivery times and may therefore vary. In the event of a delivery delay or non-compliance with the shipping time, we are unfortunately unable to refund the delivery costs charged.

Sometimes it can take a short time until the status of the shipment is displayed correctly and completely. Delivery times can vary depending on the region. Thank you for your understanding that we have no influence on possible delivery delays.
What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your delivery address after shipping. If a change is made before the shipment is confirmed, please contact us separately and we will be happy to change it as long as it has not yet been sent to the shipping partner.
The same applies if you have placed your order and notice that there was an error in the information.

For shipments to a PickUp station, we also need your personal number for the Packstation. We will do our best to pass everything on to our shipping service provider in time to change your details, but we cannot guarantee this.

We are very sorry if your order was not delivered. We know how annoying that is! The best thing to do is to first check the tracking link of the shipping service provider...

We will initiate an investigation with our shipping provider, however this may take several days and a refund or replacement cannot be processed until after this investigation or after 30 days.

If we sent you the wrong products or the products broke en route via DHL, we will pay for the return shipping. In the event of cancellation or dissatisfaction, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (our low prices cannot currently be reflected otherwise).
We are a small start-up that operates without moonshine discounts . This means that we offer honest prices (with a small margin). Therefore, unfortunately (due to the staggering of DHL shipping prices depending on shipping quantity) we cannot yet offer free returns via us. The dried flower bouquet in pastel, pink and purple tones is the perfect companion in springtime. The hydrangea as a centerpiece in combination with the natural colors of the Rhodante together with the Lagurus, pink pampas grass and glixia in lilac make the combination perfect.
Our bouquets are assembled by hand from individual dried flowers, grasses and stems. This simple, yet elegant bouquet consists of light pastel tones.

Our dried flowers are a great alternative to fresh bouquets. The dried flowers come from Italy and the Netherlands and were grown in regional family businesses and delivered to us.
