Delivery within Germany:
Shipping costs standard shipping: 4.90 € insured. Our shipping time is usually 3-5 working days, every order is processed as quickly as possible and handed over to the shipping service provider. DHL is usually very fast.
Standard shipping packages are delivered by our shipping partner DHL between Monday and Saturday.
With the track & trace code, which we send you by email with the shipping confirmation, you can view your package and its status at any time on the partner's homepage. Unfortunately, we have no influence on delivery delays from our shipping service provider and thank you for your understanding should this occur. The delivery times shown here are not guaranteed delivery times and may therefore vary. What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your delivery address after shipping. If a change is made before the shipment is confirmed, please contact us separately and we will be happy to change it as long as it has not yet been sent to the shipping partner.
The same applies if you have placed your order and notice that there was an error in the information.

For shipments to a PickUp station, we also need your personal number for the Packstation. We will do our best to pass everything on to our shipping service provider in time to change your details, but we cannot guarantee this.

A few more useful tips: The decorative Smile candle is unique, handmade from ecological rapeseed wax. No harmful toxins are released during combustion, making it completely safe for health and the environment.
Please remember to burn the Smile candle on a flat, stable surface and trim the wick before each burn.
When burning, the candle should not be left in a place accessible to children or animals. Do not ignite near flammable objects or leave unattended.
It's natural that rapeseed wax can drip more than industrial wax - so please pay attention to the following information:
- Place the candle on a fireproof surface
- Pay attention to the distance between burning candles (min. 10cm)
- Do not let your candle burn for more than 1-2 hours at a time
- Do not place candles in drafts. Otherwise the candle will start to drip, form a path and burn on one side
- If necessary, shorten the wick to 1 cm. If the burn time is longer, trim the wick occasionally to avoid the wax overflowing or the flame suffocating
- If it does happen that the wax drips, it can easily be removed from most surfaces (including textile materials) and washed out
- After it has cooled, you can easily pinch off the dripped wax with your fingers
